With a preservationist on staff and many years of experience in the field, we can offer expert advice and execution on historic home issues. We have completed condition assessments for clients and municipalities that fits their specific needs.

House Lifting
For many years we have been responsible for lifting houses along the Connecticut Shoreline. Due to the nature of coastal houses, there is often good cause to raise a home and secure the long term future of the property. Aside from flood risks, people may decide to lift their property for a variety of reasons; from securing unstable foundations, adding value or lowering flood insurance costs to create a basement or extra floor of living space.
