Architectural Drafter, Madison CT
Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architectural Drafter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed architectural drawings and plans that align with project specifications and client requirements. This role requires proficiency in AutoCAD drafting software and a strong understanding of architectural principles. The Architectural Drafter will collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of design projects.

Duties

Develop comprehensive architectural drawings using software such as AutoCAD

Collaborate with clients and designers to translate concepts into technical drawings

Prepare detailed construction documents, including plans, elevations, sections, and details

Assist in the design process by providing input

Create visual presentations for clients

Revise drawings based on feedback from clients

Maintain organized project files and documentation throughout the drafting process

Experience

Proficiency in AutoCAD is required; We do not use Revit

Familiarity with interior design principles is advantageous

Strong skills in graphic design to enhance presentation materials

Previous experience in mechanical or system design is preferred

A solid understanding of architectural drafting standards and practices is essential

Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing individual tasks effectively

Carpenter, Madison CT
Job Summary
We're looking for an experienced Carpenter with knowledge and leadership in residential carpentry. The company is located in Madison and we work along the Shoreline, east of New Haven and up to Middletown.

Applicant must have:
- At least 5 years working in the field
- Have a set of basic carpentry tools
- A hard worker and great attitude
- Must be able to work as a team
- Drivers License and Transportation

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
Wages will be determined on experience and skill level
