Gulick & Co. is a Madison based design build firm serving homeowners throughout the Connecticut Shoreline. Established in 2001, the company works across renovations, additions, new homes, historic properties, and custom projects, bringing design and construction together under one roof.
We specialize in zoning, coastal regulations, and historic constraints, but understand and respect the practical realities of living through a project. That knowledge shapes how we plan, how we build, and how we guide clients through important decisions.

Owner Travis Gulick leads a team that stays directly involved from feasibility and town approvals through the final walk-through. With a large in house team and long-standing relationships throughout the region, Gulick & Co. has earned a reputation for thoughtful design build work managed with clarity and accountability.

Our work is rooted in communication and trust. Designers, builders, and project managers collaborate closely, sharing responsibility from planning through completion. Clients often tell us that what stands out most is not just the finished result, but the steadiness of the process itself.
